• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/location.

• Delivery Time: Usually arrives within 7–14 working days after dispatch.

The Details

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey.

• Packaging: Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and sent in protective, letterbox-friendly packaging (where possible) to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

• Customs (USA): Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

We love giving you complete creative freedom over your designs! Unlike standard shops with limited options, we offer a bespoke service where you can choose the perfect shade to match your style or home decor.

How it works:

1. Select Your Shade: In the "Preferred Design Colour" box, simply type the name of the colour you would like (e.g., Metallic Rose Gold, Vibrant Festive Red, Matte Navy, or Shimmering Silver).

2. Our Expert Finish: We carry a wide range of high-quality vinyls and cardstocks in matte, gloss, and glitter finishes.

3. Perfect Matching: If you have a specific theme in mind (like a particular nursery colour or holiday decor), just let us know! We will always aim to provide the closest possible match to your request.

Please Note: To ensure your gift arrives on time, if a very rare or specific colour is requested that we do not have in our current studio stock, we will contact you immediately via email to suggest the best available alternative. If no colour is specified, we will create your item using the "Designer’s Choice" shown in the primary product photo.

How Your Cracker Arrives

To ensure your handmade crackers reach you in perfect condition, they are delivered flat-packed and ready for your personal touch.

• Arrives Empty: Ready for you to fill with bespoke gifts, sweets, or handwritten messages.

• Ribbons Included: High-quality ribbons are provided to create a beautiful, secure finish at both ends.

Simple Assembly Instructions

1. Prep: Gently fold along all the pre-scored lines to define the cracker shape.

2. Form: Bring the long edges together to create a tube. Secure the side tab inside the opposite edge (for extra sturdiness, a small piece of double-sided tape or a glue dot works perfectly!).

3. Tie: Secure one end firmly with the provided ribbon, leaving the other end open.

4. Fill: Drop your chosen treats—small chocolates, jewellery, or personal notes—into the centre.

5. Finish: Tie the second ribbon, fluff the bows, and your luxury cracker is ready for the table!
