Shipping & Packaging Policy
Customers pay for postage at checkout. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which provides tracking and fast delivery once dispatched.
I also offer shipping to the USA, and postage is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and size.
I take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and arrives safely. Here’s how your items are prepared and shipped.

How Your Order Is Packaged
Every order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper that matches the theme of the occasion you’ve chosen. I aim to keep my packaging as eco‑friendly as possible, using as little plastic as possible. When cellophane bags are required, I use recycled cellophane to reduce environmental impact while still protecting your items.

Secure & Protective Packaging
Once your items are wrapped in themed tissue paper, they are placed in a high‑quality box for added protection. This is then sealed inside a strong postal bag to ensure it arrives safely. For items that need to remain flat, such as my handmade crackers, I use sturdy hard‑backed A4 envelopes to keep them secure during transit. I take great care with every parcel to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Trackable Shipping for Peace of Mind
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which provides tracking and a faster delivery service once your handmade order has been dispatched.
International postage is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and size.
Please remember that processing time and delivery time are separate. As each item is handmade or personalised, your order will be created first and then dispatched using the delivery option shown at checkout.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Effective date: 11th April 2026
At PezzyWezziesPrezzies, I want you to be delighted with your order. As many of my products are handmade and personalised, this policy explains when refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges may be offered.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where available.
Once the issue is confirmed, I will offer an appropriate remedy. This may include:

Non‑Personalised Items
If you purchase a non‑personalised item, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if it is not faulty.
To do this, you must clearly notify me within the 14‑day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be in a condition consistent with reasonable handling.
For eligible cancellations of non‑personalised items:

Personalised & Made‑to‑Order Items
This applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Return Postage
For returns of non‑faulty, non‑personalised items, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact me first so I can resolve the issue appropriately.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

For personalised or made‑to‑order items, cancellations may not be possible once work has begun or materials have been prepared specifically for your order.

International Shipping (USA)
Orders to the USA are shipped from the UK with full tracking, and postage is calculated at checkout. All parcels go through U.S. customs, which may apply import duties, tariffs, or processing fees when your order arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery usually takes 7–21 working days, but delays can occur due to customs checks. Handmade and personalised items may require extra time before dispatch.
