Because this product is handmade to order and personalised, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (e.g., a spelling error that differs from your instructions), we will happily offer a full refund or a free replacement.
How to get in touch: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have any issues with your order. To help us resolve it quickly, please include a photo of the item and the packaging.
